funkymama181Hi- thanks for the question. It looks like a scuff mark. It look like it can be washed out but the material is unique in that it’s water repellent and insulates warmth so I honestly don’t know if it will come out or not. It does not appear to be a stain but rather made from the jacket rubbing on something. Feel free to make me an offer if this affects your bottom line.
