This dress is so beautiful! Gorgeous allover embroidered eyelet type stripes. Fitted bodice with a flattering slightly square neckline. The nipped in waist gives way to a full pleated skirt with a long gross grain ribbon bow. No size tags, fits like a XS Armpit to armpit: 16.5” Waist: 13.5” Length from top of strap to hem: 39” Very good condition, the ends of the ribbon tie have some light fraying as shown in photos.
