This Lulus mini dress has a bustier strapless top, and a gathered full skirt. The jacquard fabric has texture and body, so it maintains a flared silhouette. The color is "emerald", a rich, deep teal. It's crowning glory is the lace up back! Size XS is usually almost too small on my mannequin, but it fits her well, so this might run a bit large. Her measurements are 32-24-33.
