PLEASE VIEW DAMAGE BEFORE CONSIDERING. I have had dress for 15+ years. It is most certainly vintage, made in USA. My girls were small and I thought they would enjoy dressing up, but Disney princess dresses were the thing back then for them. This was a project I never got to work on. Two of the pink ribbon roses on the back need repaired. The 2 layers of pink tulle skirt has some damage. I was going to tie a few more knots in skirt and attach some rhinestones maybe. The beading on the upper back is unique to the dress. I believe it to possibly be a little girls pageant dress, maybe from the 70's? Elegant gown with lace bodice and flowing pink tulle skirt. This could look really beautiful on someone or simply be a play dress. It has really beautiful details. I am not sure about size, tag had a 7 but may have meant something else? please use measuring tape pictures for sizing.
