Waist is approximately 12.5 inches and inseam is approximately 26". These are roll down leggings. Meaning, leave them up for high rise or fold down for low rise. As you can see in pictures, there is a second logo on the roll down side. However, this logo is very faded. The logo on the dominant side does have some cracking but is in decent shape. I'd say the overall condition of these leggings is fair. Structurally they appear perfect, but there is wash wear throughout. Lower price because of 'flaws'. Happy to answer any questions!
