One of my best Shein finds ever! Blue floral dress falls a bit below the knee. Puff sleeve, flattering high waist with gathers below the bust, side slit. This dress has such a soft feel and is really flattering. Bought for spring, sized out of it before spring even got here, and was sad enough to order it again in my new size.
