I am unaware of alterations before I received it, but I didn’t have any done. It’s a UK 10/ US 6. I tried it on and since it didn’t fit, I didn’t invest in a cleaning. It just looks like a light bit of dirt from the train dragging on the ground, but nothing on the rest of the body.
