Bernaraud Limoges Porcelain Red Floral Red Leather Bracelet NWOT!

I never wore this bracelet. Just found it in my jewelry box had forgotten all about it.. It fits a 7" wrist and gets much smaller . This is a gorgeous piece that should be worn not in my jewelry box.
