Vintage-Inspired Blue Floral Midi Dress

Soft white midi dress with blue floral print. V-neck with ruched button detail. Flowing short sleeves. Lightweight, feminine silhouette. Fully lined (see picture). This dress is the sweetest, most feminine style -but for some reason, my pictures don’t do it justice. Would be perfect for Easter, church, graduation or other special event. I must’ve taken the tag out but it is a size 18 (could also work for a 16)
