Hi it is a drop waist. I actually dropped it off at my local consignment store so I don’t have access to measure it I am sorry. I will try googling it to see if I can find a sizing chart

@allegrasstudio Added their measurement chart from their website. This style of dress (LIMA) is still made just in different prints so you could always order the size and return to try on before you buy!
