@tberger22 The top measures 16.5" from neck to the bottom of the ruffle at the shortest point (center front). The back measures 21". The front center is designed to be shorter than the front sides. It would meet the waistband of a pair of pants (no tummy showing) at the shortest point, and then flare longer to cover the full waistband at the front sides.
