joannienelson Hi, you shipped me the wrong COLE HAAN Shoes. I did not receive the red flats I ordered, I received someone else’s high heels. Please straighten this out with POSHMARK. Thanks!

joannienelson Hi again, this is extremely difficult for me because I am legally blind. I actually have a Guide dog for the blind to help me walk careful carefully. I received St. John high heel black and top shoes. There is top stripes on the pointed toe and the rest of the shoe looks like it’s all black. C the word top is supposed to be TAUPE. Hope this helps.

joannienelson I have someone coming over to help me with a return on POSHMARK. I repeat, I’m legally blind, and I cannot find the spot on the website where you do returns.

joannienelson @emerickdanielle I tried to hit the return tab and inadvertently hit the except item bar. I sent a message to POSHMARK that I am blind and did it by mistake. They don’t care. I was sent a form letter saying that if I hit accept button then I had no recourse. I have a friend that is going to the post office and mailing the shoes back to you. I am not sure when this will be done, but it will be mailed. That’s the best I can do. POSHMARK will not send me a label.

joannienelson Your shoes were mailed to you via USPS on Saturday, April 11, 2026. You should receive them in a few days. Please advise if you receive them and are going to mail me the ones that I purchased from you. I paid for the postage since POSHMARK would not send me a label.
