The skirt features a vibrant floral pattern over a black mesh overlay, with a solid black lining underneath. It has a tiered design with a ruffled hem, creating a flowing silhouette. The waist appears elasticated. Visible care tags indicate the outside is 100% polyester, and the body is 73% viscose, 23% polyamide, and 4% elastane, made in Turkey. Measurements show an unstretched waist of approximately 12 inches and a stretched waist of about 16 inches. The skirt length is approximately 34 inches. Condition Guide MINT: Virtually no wear, mostly refers to clothing that has never been worn/NWT. EXCELLENT: Expected signs of wear, with consideration of the age, but hardly any signs of wear. VERY GOOD: Shows normal signs of wear expected for age with some minor visible problems but will not detract from wear. GOOD: Garment has obvious condition, but overall intact.
