This vintage Cameo Brooch was made to imitate the brooch worn by Scarlet O'Hara in Gone With The Wind in 1939. It was offered in 1940 by the Lux Soap Co. for 15 cents and 3 soap wrappers. The center cabochon is made of celluloid plastic. It has an ivory white color cameo on a black background. Greek key design border. Gold tone metal.
