FOREVER 21 - White Lace-Up Spaghetti Strap Crop Top With Lace Detail Size M

Brand new, had tags when purchased. This was clearly dropped in the warehouse as there are some black marks. I have bleached and washed it (hence why tag is removed) but they seem to be permanent. Fortunately they aren't very visible unless you're looking for them! Very pretty, with lace edging, lacing up the front and zipper up the side.
