Vintage 1960's Pillbox Hat in Royal Blue Velvet with Netting and large Rhinestone on a purple silk ribbon. From mid-century--a pill box hat in Royal Blue velvet with a coiled shape. It has an eye length flocked veil in netted blue. The label inside reads "Union Made USA" 421500. There are a couple of small holes in the netting (see picture). Probably when putting the hat on the head. Popularized by Jacqueline Kennedy, these MCM-era accessories. Otherwise in nice vintage condition.
