Since I wore them into the office a few times, there are cushions on the heel because the shoe fabric is hard. I have sensitive toes so due to the shoe fabric, I put moleskin at the top of the shoe to prevent rubbing which previously caused blisters. That’s a free shoe hack for you! The shoe is very flat so do not purchase if you need arch support unless you plan to add an insert. Based on the slim shoe design, I recommend for someone with a narrow foot particularly in the toe area.
