lepullover @claracantor Hi! I cannot say definitely. Toni Pons does not have a size 7 in their chart so EU37 is a US 6.5 which might be too small for you so EU38 might be the best in this case. I guess it depends if you're a true 7 or in-between sizes and if you are a regular or wide width. I measured the outer sole and it's 9 3/8" toe to heel. Perhaps you could measure a pair of flats you own and compare just to be sure. Let me know if you need other measurements.
