Jessica McClintock faux 2-pc mini dress that looks like a separate skirt and blouse, but is really one piece. Blouson style pleated top and fitted sequin skirt. Cap sleeves also have sequin trim for added interest. Back zipper mostly hidden by blouse that drapes over it.
