Too part is sheer cotton fabric, lining is thicker cotton so not see through. Beautiful red and gold details with gold and faux pearl embellishments. Sits at natural waist though it elastic so wear it wherever you want! Note this is loose fitting to pay attention to full length rather than rise and inseam.
