Vintage Hanging scroll Katori Daijingu Shrine with box silk gold XXL Japanese hanging scroll, known as a kakejiku or kakemono, featuring calligraphy of the Buddhist mantra Namu Amida Butsu (I have faith in you, Amitabha Buddha). Please do look at all pictures as they are part of my description and certainly explain better than my words. You will find measurements in the pictures as well. This was gifted to someone in my family many years ago. They never hung it or put it up . There is some slight discoloration and I have added a picture of that. I did not try to clean it as I am not sure how in this is extremely nice and beautiful. I do not want to mess it up. Don’t like the price? Make me an offer.
