We only use hides as a byproduct of the beef industry, we like to think that we're helping to minimize waste by using hides that may otherwise be wasted. This kind of leather will never look flawless, as it hasn't been covered in any kind of plastic coating. Don’t worry about keeping the tote perfect - the best part about 100% full-grain leather is that it just gets better with age. UNLINED AND OPEN INTERIOR: Our Tote Bags are unlined, featuring the natural suede underside of the leather on the inside. We use full-grain, oil-tanned leather that is incredibly durable and water tight – it's the same quality of leather that is used in making boots, saddles, and all manner of made-to-last, all-weather leather goods!
