Vintage Serbin Carroll Reed Ski Shops Ivory Cream Belted Ruffle Dress

This amazing vintage dress is in excellent condition. There is a tiny flaw on the front where there is a little blue line (see pick). The belt is in suck good condition that I don’t think the dress has ever been worn. It was sold at the Carroll Reed Ski Shop. It buttons all the way down the front, and has a fabric belt. The neck and cuffs are ruffled and there’s also a bow tie on the neck. I am unsure of the fabric content, but it is a thicker winter fabric which will work for spring and fall.
