Hi...have a question....size says 27; is this 27" W ir is it 28" in the waste? I'm confused on the sizing. Also, please advise the inseam length. Thank you!!

The tagged size is 27. Because these are a low-rise style, they sit lower on the hips—not at the natural waist—so the actual waistband measures about 30” around when laid flat and doubled.
The inseam is approximately 31.5”.
