Adjustable ruched sleeves, lined top and skirt, elastic waist, pockets, slightly high-low skirt. Very soft and flowy 100% rayon with Swiss dot texture. New without tags, I removed the tags to wash, I wanted to make sure the pallet dust would wash out. Lay flat measurements: bust 20.5", waist 18", skirt lining length about 19" from waist, overall length 39" front/42.5" back.
