Worn a couple times but I have a similar (taller) pair I wear more often! I wear a 7.5 and these fit very comfortably- I'd recommend them for 7-7.5 but not for an 8. The raffia sort of hugs your foot which makes for very secure walking. Insole works for slightly high arches, mine are high and I don't need to stick inserts on these. The raffia is a very pretty slightly shiny gold but it's not a chromed-up metallic, it doesn't look out of place with linen and other natural fabrics.
