Tibi Tie-back Embroidered Strapless Dress

Gorgeous! Tibi strapless dress, white cotton with beautiful embroidered flowers and birds. A wide strap ties in back across shoulders creating a bit of an open back. Zippered back and hook fastener in the skirt. Cotton/poly liner. Excellent condition with no flaws to note. Size 8, but I would say runs pretty small, please review measurements shown in photos.
