Great vintage condition,couple of small stains on the right collar,right wrist and left bottom (see pictures), no other stains or discolorations that I could find,no rips,holes or tears. Some signs of wear on the belt buckle.No unpleasant smell.Comes with original detachable warm wool liner. @cmaasdesgn Im not 100% sure,but according to information that I found on vintage Burberry trench coats the size is UK since it was made in England and UK sizing is smaller-it fits closer to US 12,I would rely on the posted measurements. Hope this helps. Thanks for checking my closet 🌺
