Cupcakes and Cashmere makes this adorable embroidered-fabric skort in ladies size 0. So well-made and in perfect condition! They look new. The fabric is 40% polyester, 29% viscose and 22% cotton, The lining is 100% polyester. So wash in cold and hang to dry. It’s fully lined with a hidden zipper. The fabric has texture as if every one of the black dots were added with thread. The waist measurement is 27”, the length is 13” and the rise (on the short part of the garment) is 10.5”. These are just adorable! ♥️
