The green stamp (mark #6) was used between 1892 and 1907 to identify "white ware" or blanks manufactured in Limoges, France. The second oval mark, "Acme Art China New York Import Co," identifies the specific importer and decorating studio in New York that added the custom gold rim and monogram

This antique porcelain plate was manufactured by the renowned Tressemanes & Vogt (T&V) in Limoges, France, between 1892 and 1907. It was later imported and hand-decorated by the Acme Art China Company of New York, featuring a custom gold-leaf rim with a classic monogram.
