New with out tags. No holes or stains. This is a liquidated tankini top from soma. Has a black marker line thru the tag, im calling this the used in excellent condition, shown in picture. Cause it has the plastic string where the paper tag was, i believe it is new, but the paper tags were removed with liquidating.
