Hi! Thanks for your inquiry. The drop shoulder would make it difficult to measure (for me), but I added the Crown and Ivy size chart and it shows 46.

Hi, could you please post the measurements of the hip area. I never could go by the charts measurements of crown and ivy they have always been off with the different styles. Thank you ๐
