-Measurements Waist: 20" across / 40" around. (Belt is adjustable to make these smaller. ) Inseam: 26.5" long Outseam: 39" long Rise: 11" long Upper Thigh: 12" across / 24" around. Mid Calf: 10" across / 20" around Knee: 10" across / 20" around. ***For reference, I wear a size 12 in womens jeans and these do fit me pretty good. They fit nicely over my jeans. I do have to tighten the belt so there is wiggle room. I would venture to say that these would fit a women who was in sizes 12-14 womens jeans. But, remember that sizes can are different so don't completely quote me on this.
