90s Eva Blue black and tan floral print dress with ruffle neckline, scoop back, beaded detailing on the flowers and thick black slip lining. Size 8 petite. Does have minor fraying on the neckline and minor loose threads from the beading, but great condition and only noticeable if you examine the dress up close.
