Givenchy Paris Black Structured Sheath Dress, Riccardo Tisci Era, Japan Boutique

A stunning minimalist LBD from Givenchy Paris, dating to the Riccardo Tisci era (circa 2006-2007). This piece was purchased in Tokyo (Japanese retail tags intact), and reflects the sleek, architectural aesthetic that defined Tisci’s early tenure. Designed in a sculpted sheath silhouette, the dress features signature architectural draped shoulders and a beautifully structured bodice with an interior underlayer for shape and support (see photos). The bodice is rendered in an ultra-fine ribbed knit, while the skirt falls in a smooth, soft stretch knit for a clean, streamlined finish. Fabric content: 81% viscose/19% silk. The material has light stretch, but maintains a tailored fit. Tagged size XS (Japanese market). Fits closer to a US XXS. Will not zip up my size 2 dress form.
