This belt was purchased in 2018 and was only tried on, but never worn. The buckles still have the protective film on them. It comes from a smoke free home. It used to be in a house with a dog, but it hasn't been for over a year. Belt, unstretched, smallest buckle: ~28" Elastic stretches from 12"-22.5". The buckles themselves offer ~6.5" more in size variance.
