Vintage Sword-Shaped Dragon Pendant

This pendant has a four-toed dragon, flaming pearl and cloud on one side and Asian Symbols on the other. Unusual, I have been unable to find any information about it online. The sword appears to be made of brass.
This pendant was on display at The Dragon Dreams Museum in Chattanooga, TN. The museum closed permanently in 2016, and I have purchased the contents.
