Vintage Hand Made Paisley Dress. Very well constructed. Someone knew what they were doing to do the blouse effect and kerchief detail. Has shoulder pads. Great side button detail - iridescent mother of pearl or like - that picks up the colors of the fabric. Waist - 26 (no give), pit to pit - 22, hips - 16, length - 44. Fabric, guessing nylon - light weight, flowy and silky.
