closetparty4u @chicapepsi does it have a little "stretch" to it? i'm thinking about measuring some of my other dresses across the chest to see if this might fit. I'm also a little concerned about the upper arms fitting. If you get a chance and wouldn't mind measuring across the upper arm

chicapepsi @closetparty4u Good morning , yes there is some stretch to it , I looked on the label and it says 6% spandex . I measured the upper arm and it is 7 inches . I hope this helps . 🤗
