Native American Blue Spiderweb Turquoise Pendant Signed Vintage Sterling Silver

This vintage Native American blue spiderweb turquoise pendant weighs 6.12 grams and is signed. I performed an acid/scratch test and it tested positive for sterling silver. The back is signed and it looks like J Shelay or J Sheday (see last photos for mark). I have been unable to identify this hallmark signature.
