This is a vintage 90s Betsey Johnson bias cut mermaid maxi dress. 1940's silhouette black rayon with a white ribbon and bow pattern print. Puff pleated shoulders. Ties in front. Side zip. There is one tiny hole on the top of the shoulder which has been mended and the seam by the zipper has also been mended. Otherwise in good condition. See photos. Has been dry cleaned. Size Large Measurements flat: Shoulder to shoulder 15" Underarm to underarm 19" Waist 17" Hips 20" Length shoulder to hem 54"
