Vintage Betsey Johnson 90'S Does 40's Bias Cut Ribbon Bow Maxi Dress Large

This is a vintage 90s Betsey Johnson bias cut mermaid maxi dress. 1940's silhouette black rayon with a white ribbon and bow pattern print. Puff pleated shoulders. Ties in front. Side zip. There is one tiny hole on the top of the shoulder which has been mended and the seam by the zipper has also been mended. Otherwise in good condition. See photos. Has been dry cleaned.
