This group is part of a documented 33-piece Vintage Arab Refugee Handworks Centre Jerusalem hand embroidered linen collection attributed to Miss A.G. Halaby in traditional Palestinian tatreez embroidery. • 7 placemats (~ 17 x 12 in each) Traditional Middle Eastern motifs in cross stitch and satin stitch with drawn thread work and openwork details. Each placemat features a different embroidered design including geometric motifs, stylized trees, and a camel caravan scene. Very good vintage condition. Clean and well preserved. Consistent linen weave and threadwork matching the master collection. No structural issues. Additional images available upon request.
