frettalini Hi, I would think so, but suggest measuring your measurements with the dress. I added another photo with detailed measurements. The dress side seams are where the side borders begin on the pattern. It is made to be a loose kaftan and the drawstring allows it to become the size needed.

frettalini The width of the dress seam to seam un-cinched laid flat is 30 inches, so doubled the waist would fit up to a 60” waist without cinching. I would say measure your waist /torso and see how much room you have from 60” to cinch the drawstring in so you have a little bit of gather. It is a beautiful pattern and would be flattering for all sizes. Let me know if you have any other questions, happy summer.
