There are arm openings and fringe on each sleeve. The fringe is made of polyurethane, made to mimic leather fringe. Please look at measurements in photos before making this purchase to make sure this is the correct fit for you. A good way to test fit is to compare these measurements to a similar piece of clothing you have that fits the way you want this to fit.
