I've used her a bunch, she is perfectly broken in. A few hairline scratches on the bottom and the pouch but otherwise no scratches anywhere else. I've tried to show all flaws in photos.
No stains or smells in the interior.

Does the strap get long enough to use as a crossbody?

@ladylaina Yes it extends long enough for cross body or shoulder. Plenty of grommets for either option.
