A rare and romantic find, this antique sterling silver perfume ring features delicate Art Nouveau floral detailing and a hidden compartment it its exterior once used to hold solid perfume or scented balm. The intricate raised design captures the graceful curves and botanical motifs of the early 1900s era. This piece is especially rare in a size 6.75, as most surviving examples are much smaller—typically in the size 4 to 5 range. I believe this ring was made by Jen Peterson, a Danish silversmith known for finely crafted, nature-inspired designs. While not marked with her entire name, the style and craftsmanship are consistent with her work. There is a natural patina throughout, which I personally think adds to its beauty. Given its age, there is expected surface wear, but no notable defects to disclose. In lovely antique condition overall.
