Giordana Drinkmore Water Cycling Jersey. The jersey is in good condition there are a couple of marks at the back(see pics). The size tag says S-2-46 I believe that is a men's small, Please go by measurements for sizing. It measures 18 1/2 inches pit to pit and 24 1/2 inches from the back of the collar to the bottom front of the jersey.
