wbanas Hi. The tag says leather and synthetic upper. They appear to be leather and the tongue appears to be synthetic but I cannot say for sure. The size tag does not indicate that they are narrow, but again cannot say for sure. Unfortunately I can’t determine if they run true to size or not.
