Approximate flat lay measurements - Armpit to armpit 17", Shoulder to finished hem 22". The skirt features an elasticized waist and flouncy handkerchief hem line. Approximate flat lay measurements - Waist 14.25" that will stretch to 16.5", Hip 18", Length 24.5 to 26.5". Both pieces are lined in black on the inside. Fabric content is 65% rayon and 35% Silk Care- Machine wash in cold water, no chlorine bleach, and hang to dry.
