Black and cream silk sailor style dress!! The halter strap is removable, see buttons. Beautiful pleated skirt at the bottom, a couple small areas of discoloration shown in pics. Size 6, I think this could fit a 4 as well. Selling as it is slightly too big for me 😔 down to trade for another vintage betsey dress in a 2 or 4!
